This Privacy Policy explains how 小猪 (YANG XIAOZHONG) (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our applications, including 小猪調度司機端 (also known as “小猪调度司机端”, the driver app) and the Japan Dispatch operations system and related services.

1. Data we collect

• Account & contact: email address and basic profile information necessary for authentication and support.
• Order/dispatch data: booking details you or your connected platforms provide (pickup/dropoff, time, passenger count, notes).
• Operational logs: security logs, error logs, and audit trails for troubleshooting and integrity.

2. Location data (Driver App)

The driver mobile app may access location data to provide dispatch and trip tracking features.

• What we access: approximate/precise location (including latitude/longitude), timestamp, and technical fields such as speed/heading/accuracy while tracking is active.
• When we access it: during active order execution (for example, when a driver starts "en route"). On Android, tracking may continue in the background via foreground service so dispatch and ETA updates remain available.
• Purpose: live trip progress, ETA calculation, dispatch coordination, and operational safety records.
• Sharing: location data is visible only to authorized operational parties (such as dispatch operators/company admins) and to users involved in the current trip where tracking is part of the service.
• Retention: retained only as long as needed for service operation, dispute handling, security, and legal compliance.
• User controls: you can deny location permission in system settings; some dispatch/tracking functions may not work without it.

3. Gmail OTP automation (for platform login)

When you enable email OTP automation for a connected platform (e.g., KKday), you may authorize a Gmail account to help retrieve one-time passcodes (OTP) required during login.

• What we access: Gmail messages within a recent time window (for example, newer_than:10m). We extract a 6-digit OTP code using a regular expression.
• Purpose: only to complete OTP-based login for your connected platform accounts.
• Storage: we do not store full email content long-term for this purpose. We store integration configuration (including OAuth refresh tokens) to allow automated access as authorized by the user.
• Revocation: you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings (third‑party access).

4. How we use data

• Provide core dispatch/operations features.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose issues.
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service, or when required by law.

6. Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
